Winter vegetable soup, whipped thyme butter, parsnip crisps (GF, V)

Potted beef brisket, sourdough cruton, piccalilli (GF)

Crab and prawn tortellini, rich crab bisque, parmesan tuile

Mains

All of the below are served with honey roasted carrots and parsnips and buttered seasonal vegetables. (GF)

Roast turkey, sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, spiced bread sauce, golden gravy, and homemade cranberry sauce (GF)

Slow braised feather blade of beef, horseradish mashed potato, carrot puree, and rich red wine sauce (GF)

Fish pie (smoked haddock, salmon, prawns and lobster) topped with creamed mashed potato and mature cheddar (GF)

Portabello mushroom and camembert wellington, dauphinoise potato, wild mushroom cream sauce (V)

Desserts

Apple and cinnamon steamed sponge pudding, crème anglaise (V)
