Blade of beef & fillet steak (£3 supplement)

Slow cooked blade of beef pressed and rolled in beef jus, 28 day matured 4oz fillet steak, horseradish mash, caramelised onion, merlot sauce 

Beetroot Bourguignon (vegan)

Slow braised Beetroot Bourguignon with chestnut mushrooms and herb dumpling in a rich merlot, mustard and herb sauce, mixed root vegetables, garlic fried green beans

Smoked Haddock
